At EAU BAGS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury accessory isn't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your bag in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags remain attached to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our atelier inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
